CAN I BRING MY PET'S BLANKET, BEDDING OR TOYS?
We do recommend you bring your own food to keep your pet on his/her regular diet. Please bring food in Ziploc bags – it is easier for us to store in our kitchen!
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE FOR BOARDING MY PET?
In order to maintain a flea and tick free environment, we can not take bedding and blankets from home. We do provide comfortable bedding and blankets for your pet’s comfort.
Any toys and treats are welcome!
DOES THE V.I.PET RESORT HAVE ANY BREED RESTRICTIONS?
We do not have a minimum age requirement. Your pet has to be old enough to be up to date on all boosters of puppy/kitten vaccines, including the Rabies vaccine.
DOES THE V.I.PET RESORT ALLOW PETS WHO ARE NOT SPAYED OR NEUTERED?
No, we accept all breeds, however, larger breeds are required to do a free day care trial day prior to boarding.
CAN MY PETS STAY TOGETHER IN THE SAME ROOM?
Yes, however, pets must be spayed/neutered to participate in the group play option. We also provide one on one play for pets that have not been spayed/neutered.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
Yes, as long as they live in the same household, get along well, and do not have food aggression. There is a discounted rate for pets sharing a room.
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
IS THERE A VET ON-SITE?
We are open 7 days a week! Our lobby hours for pick up and drop off are Monday-Friday 8:00-6:30 and Saturday-Sunday 10:00-4:00. These are the same hours if you’d like a tour!
